    Reset everything back to default and erase all my personal info on an 8330? My friend just got a replacement and has to send her old one back and I'm trying to help her with it but I can't figure out how to do this. Thanks!!

    Options>Security Options > General Settings.
    Menu button and select Wipe Handheld.
