how to delete an email account without verifying

hello, i have a verizon blackberry curve 83xx. Recently aol pulled some security nonsense on my email and i am no longer able to access it. Therefore I am trying to delete the old e-mail address and replace it with my new one, however when i go to email settings my only option is to move email accounts it wont let me add or delete anything. And i cannot verify my old email because my password doesnt work anymore, i have tried everything and am hoping someone from crackberry can help.

1. Take it to a Verizon store and ask tech there to help you. They have special software that maybe able to delete the email account or reset your password.
2. As a last resort you could reload the software and restore everything EXCEPT email and just add the email account you want to. You'll still probably need to know your password.
