Delete files, that's pretty much all that exists on the device, applications and files.
Here's a couple suggestions though:
1. If you don't already have one, get a memory card and move files to that, in addition, some applications I believe can run off memory cards as well (I could be wrong but I thought I saw something on this a while back)
2. Delete some Contacts
3. Get rid of the Sample Video
