    I'm no expert, but perhaps a battery pull could help?

    i did battery pull. i just hooked up my phone to DM to sync my outlook calendar that i just updated.

    Yeah, sometimes you'll get a lockup when synching. If you did a battery pull, did it resolve itself when you turned it back on?

    Go to Options > Status and tell us how much is listed for File Free.
