I've had my curve for 8 months and totally love it. A coupe days ago it becameFrozen and inoperable, Im very frustrated. I received a 'verifying system security' message, then hour glass again. Verizon gave me this website with instuctions on updating my JVM- whatever that is. At this point the phone is totally dead, and will not turn on even after taking the batt in and out, or even leaving it on the charger overnight. I dunno what happened. Do I need a new phone.... Any advice?
