Hello all.

My daughter just bought a BB 8330 and as I was looking at it I found that the host routing table is empty and she she can"t send or receive mms messages her sms is working fine as far as I know, She also said that she can't access the web either. is there something I can do to fix this?

Does she have an active BlackBerry Data Plan for the device?

We both have Page Pulse Cellular and both have Blackberries, My phone doesn't have mms option I have an 8830.

Well, the 8830 cannot do MMS because it does not have a camera, I believe.

And PagePlus is a problem because you will not have the proper Service Books to support MMS. MMS and "the internet" both require 1) a BlackBerry Data Plan and 2) the proper Service Books on BlackBerry devices.
