This file shows up but will not open. What is is ?

After my research, I have concluded that it's for mail icons, like if you set up your Hotmail, the Hotmail icon will show up on the e-mail folder.
The following image is an example that I found on Google Images:

Now it opens up. And shows me 2 folders. Labeled BISE05C18S08 and BISE05C18S15. What is this ? Thx for ur help!

It probably has something to do with the current e-mail accounts that you have set-up.
It's harmless.

This is on my 15 year olds phone. Trying to figure out what he downloaded from sprint. We both have the same phone. He has a yahoo an gmail acct set up on his. The above does not show up on mine. His school sends me emails when he is late. So far I have missed 3. Trying to see if he changed mine/his email.
