does your bb browser have a Google/Wiki/Dict Search bar?

I installed 4.5 on my buddy's curve with the same settings as I did mine from my PC, and his browser's got it, while I was a little stunned that I didn't.

Screenshots all over google have turned up results for both with and without it and I'm really curious as to how to enable it.

Any ideas? Thanks

I have 4.5.0.10 on a 8300 and when Im in the browser and hit menu then got to its there on the top right it says google, then you can click and drop

In mine, it seems to be default, meaning it doesn't have to be enabled. Try checking your OS version.

One member above said he had .10 and another with .18. I've had both before and had never come across the search bar.

What's puzzling is that my friend installed it from MY pc. I'll keep looking for a bit before I give up and relax.

May be the same reason some people are able to install the BETA onto their curves, and some people are not. Some people's youtube doesnt work, while ive been to watch lots of youtube videos on my curve. Looks like its a hit and miss.

I've 4.5.0.9 in my 8800 and the google, wiki.. bar appeared today after i installed BB wallet, it wasn't there in the morning. i unnistall-install wallet and the bar is still in the browser.

Maybe RIM is messing with 4.5 rushers with OTA updates

I have it on mine but you have to go to the home screen then click on Mobile Sites to get a Google search bar.

I have .18 as well and also have the Google search bar. I didn't have to enable anything to get it.

I think I did a "Goto" and once that screen came up I was able to then make it my Homepage.

actually every time you select " go to" (either form Menu or press "g" for shortcut) you will have this google option.
