Is anyone has the same connection problem with WLM?

I have BB 8320 with T-Mobile and running OS 4.5.0.81. Before I can get on WLM with no problem. Suddenly, about 2 weeks ago, I will get the error message "Unable to connect to the server". I think it's weird that I can sign in WLM in early morning with no problem, but around 11 am or 12 pm I will be kicked out and won't be able to sign in again. I did everything I can do. Downgrade the OS and upgrade again. Deleted the application and reinstall it. Pull out the battery and put it back. Nothing worked.... I am so frustrated now. I called T-Mobile and they couldn't find the problem. I really have no idea what to do now. Can anyone help me with this issue? Thanks.
