Whats a desktop software for a windows vista x32 bit plz tried a couple and they didnt work error 2738

It should be on the CD that came with your phone. If not you
can download it from VZW.

Or is there a more specific problem you are having. Kind of hard to
tell from what you typed.

tried to install the one that came with the phone but didnt work and then tried the i downloaded the blackberry desktop software v4.3 and every time it says this
ERROR 2738 could not access VBScript run time for custom action

Try this. Download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility
The download link is about halfway down the page.

Once it is installed open it and remove any references to RIM and/or
BlackBerry. Reboot your PC and try to reinstall the Desktop
Manager again.

1. Open the Command Prompt.(Start > run and type cmd)
2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32 (Windows default).
3. Type regsvr32 vbscript.dll

yeah i got the sp1 but i think my problem is this

Just follow the steps as written ( press OK after typing cmd and a little window
will pop up). Then change to the directory in step 2 and type the
wording in step 3 verbatim. You may need to restart your PC.
