    Currently I am running 4.5.0.131 on my sprint 8330m. My available ota upgrade on my phone is 4.5.0.175. I have tried the ota download and desktop manager and I keep getting errors on both. On my phone the error message says update request failed. Try again later or use desktop. When I tried to download the upgrade with desktop, I get that the download failed check internet connection. My internet connection is working fine on both pc and phone. I know I am two upgrades behind..is that part of the problem? Is this a Rim problem or something else? Any help would be so appreciated!

    Did you delete the vendor.XML file?
    If not delete it ant try again.
    Also it cannot be the 8330 software. It has to be 8330m.

    Do you have a broadband internet connection? You can't download an an OS using dialup... also, did you try downloading the OS from Sprint's site or RIM's?

    Thanks for the help. I ended up downloading the update from Sprint and using desktop manager. So far all is good.
