    Tried updating to .160 but got a fatal error during the installation. Now my phone looks like it's the OS from 10 years ago. It's all black and white and the Platform is 3.4.0.41. What do I do. Desktop Manager won't recognize my phone when it's plugged in so I can't restore my phone now. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

    Load the OS using the loader.exe program in the C:\Programs\Common Files\Research in Motion\Apploader folder.

    Thanks. I tried installing JL Cmder before but it wouldn't work for some reason. Got it to wipe this time. Installing .160 now.

    Installation was successful now I just have to reinstall my 3rd party apps. I forgot to back them up. Ugh!

    Try Restoring from the loaderbackup file. You might be able to get your 3rd party apps back using that file.
