Help is there away of having the accessibility option in the adavanced options menu

hey guys i have an 8900 i gave my old 8320 to my mother.. she loves it and shes about to be 52 =0 .. well i have a question .. because of her eyesight she needs glasses to see her icons no her font but icons .. is there a way for the 8320 to have the accessibility function that the 8900 has to make icons bigger like maybe a hybird of some sort .. idk .. HELP thanks

Have you searched to see if there were any themes with larger icons? Just a thought off the top of my head.
