Unhappy help with t-mo data plan

ok so about a month ago my dad decided to cancel my data plan...=( but after a long talk and i decided i would even pay for it he said i could activate it again....so i go to my temobile account and see that he took away my permision to activate a new line of service so i tell him and he gives me permision again and i go to activate it and for some reason after i sumbit it it always gives me a cancel screen that says unable to process request or something. i was wondering...do i have to wait a month to reactivate it because i think he canceled it in the middle of the monthly plan? or does he have to give me some other kind of permision for me to activate it? and also something very weird i have found out is that i can even activate the email data plan but not the $19.99 a month data plan....it seems like tmoobile doesnt love me and doesnt want me to have it. and i know you all will say "just call them" but i cant really do that right now because my dad is out of town for the next 3 weeks and he has to talk with them to activate it...or i could just impersonate him...i know his last 4 digist of his social anyways.....but what do you guys think?

Call 611 from your Berry to talk to CS

If your Dad gives you permission, then just say you are him (since he is the account holder). You will need his soc. sec. # to make any changes.

Then tell them you want to add the $19.99 BIS package to your Berry. Done and done... not too hard...
