Okay so, to solve the shutting off problem when your in a call and such.. You had to just change the battery? and it works like a charm? Can anyone confirm this?

The reason I ask is because I have the BB 8320 and have the same problem in regards to shutting off on its own. I also dont have the 1Gig memory card in the phone at the moment and it still shuts off..

yes.. That is what happened to me. I would get a call or try take a pic. Anything i would do besides sms would turn the phone off and i couldnt turn it back on until i plugged it up. I had to get a new battery. Now works like a charm.

And does it work 100% of the time? Also where can I find the battery for a cheap price?

Also on a side note.. someone on here said that the facebook application causes this to happen. Hence I just now have deleted the thing..

Also is this the real deal or a phony battery?

I paid 7.00 for my new battery. It worked fine. Make sure the battery you get is a c-s2.
