My wife and I have 8330's. I took a video (about 1mb) of my daughter and wanted to send it to my wife. I attached it to an email and sent it to her yahoo account . She opened the e-mail on her phone and was unable to open the attachment (it doesn"t even give "open attachment" as an option). I sent it to my Dad and he was able to open it on his hotmail account on the computer. I then sent it to both. My dad was able to open it but my wife is still not. She sent me a video clip and I cannot open it. She sent it to my blackberry and gmail e-mail accounts. On my gmail account it shows a file that is 73k and cannot be opened. What are we doing wrong. We get vids from friends and family and are able to open them.
