I have given my Curve 8300 to my Fiance and she has AOL for mail, every now and then the emails just stop coming to here phone but if i send he one from my BB she gets it no problem, I have resent service books and Deleted and re added the email account on BIS before but I dont get why every couple of days it just stops working but she can still send and receive BB to BB


I have searched this in the forms but havent seen a direct answer thanks.

just tryed it again still same gig can receive BB to BB but nothing from aol directly

Does she have a gmail account? As a workaround she could have gmail pick up her aol email and get it that way. Otherwise it seems like you went the normal route to correct.
