I highlighted something to delete, but now there's always the "paste" option.
how can i make this go away? i don't want to paste anything anywhere...

    Thank you!

    Welcome to CrackBerry.

You have something in your clip board. The simplest way to clear the clip board, put the cursor on a blank space and Copy. The clip board will be replaced with nothing.

There is a setting for memory cleaning. Clearing the clip board is one of the features.

I don't understand. The menu gives a number of options, I don't think you can change the options, like any menu, ignore the options you don't need and use the one you want. You generally need to push the delete key to delete what you have highlighted.

If you have OS 4.5, go into Options...Security Options...Memory Cleaning, scroll down to Clipboard, press the menu button and select Clean Clipboard.
