Just bought an 8320 on ebay. I got it unlocked through ATT and want to upgrade the OS to 4.3 (ish) so I can kill the IT security form the previous owner. I cant seem to do it through the App downloader on the desktop manager, it doesnt give me the option that I can tell. Help the new guy, please.
