I have a Verizon curve 8330. I donwloaded the new software for my desktop and phone on one computer (XP) and it works fine. After loading on my other computer (vista) every time I plug my phone in the computer, a "removable disk" screen comes up with a bunch of options to transfer pictures, etc.... How do I get the software to recognize the blackberry

Sounds like you have Mass Storage Mode enabled which is why you get the popup. Just close the box and DM should still recognize your device.

I turned the mass storage off. The box does not pop up, but it is still not recognized by the manager. The computer beeps when it is plugged in so I know its not a connection issue.
