    Ok I don't know how much information you need....but here I go. Last week I dropped my phone into 3 inches of water, so I got a new one and got everything transfered over to this phone. Now all of a sudden my ringtones/alerts are not working. I have no idea why. When I go to my ringer menu, there are only 2 of the ringtones that work. Any ideas on what is wrong with my phone??? Please help, Im going crazy!!!

    Do you have an 8330 running .160 or .169?

    If so, losing your profiles/ringtones is a known problem. A battery pull will reset the phone.

    That is only a temporary fix, the problem usually comes back.

    Check out the hybrids. The .169/.131 and .160/.131 hybrids have profile files from the .131 OS that will solve the problem.
