Hello! Ive had my curve 8330 for a month now and haven't had any problems. Today when dialing numbers from the home screen (by typing in a friends name), my phone is calling different people than who I am typing.

At first I thought I was just getting clumsy, but it appears that my phonebook has been jumbled. When I dial from my address book, it works, but not from the home screen.

Any ideas? Thanks

Do a battery pull with the BB powered on. Wait 30 seconds before putting the battery back.

Have you been properly closing your apps when done by pressing Menu, then selecting Close/Exit?
