I am a fairly new member of the blackberry world with Sprint/Nextel. I have the Blackberry Curve 8330. I downloaded the IheartRadio App so that I would have something to listen to at work. I plugged the headphones in that the phone came with but I cannot get the radio to play through the headphones. Everytime I play it the sound comes out of the phone. Please help me figure this out so I can make it through the day at work.
Make sure that the plug is indeed all the way in. My plug feels like its all the way in but with a little more pressure it goes another 1/6 incn and starts to work. If that's not it, do a battery pull. That happened to me with slacker and a battery pull fixed it.

Could it be because the headphones that came with them can be used on phone calls. I know they are pushed in all the way because I can answer and talk through them. I will try the battery pull and see what happens.
