Hi need help went to download manager to put contacts from MS Outlook into phone, it tranferred all e mail adresses fine but no phone #s. I went into advanced tab and highlighted all phone#s but still no luck. Any ideas?? Thanks Frank

make sure you're doing a one way sync from outlook to the device and allow it to overwrite the current entries on the device.

Hi I tried that did it again it still is not putting the phone #s in. I am using 2003 office does that matter?

no. it doesnt matter.

Are you sure you enabled everything in the Desktop Manager to sink with outlook? Contacts, memos, tasks etc.

I remember I had to go into the desktop manager (have your phone connected) and click synchronize > configure then make sure you have the DM syncing those items.

I can't look through the steps right now, as I do not have my usb cord with me.
