For about 4 months I have been using Media Manager without any flaws. Until yesterday when i was transferring pictures to my BB from Roxio Media Manager. I had no notices on my computer screen and proceeded to disconnect my phone from the comp. Once I disconnected, my BB had a notice like
"A media card has been inserted that contained errors. To correct the errors please use a disk error-checking utility on a computer."
I am wondering what "disk" to I have to use. Please reply soon~
connect your BB to your PC. Close Desktop Manager if it is open. Use Windows My Computer and navigate to your BB media card. Right click on it, then left click on Properties. Look for a Tools tab. There is an Error-checking tool there.
