Ok I am trying to move my pictures and ringtones to my media card. When I go to Media Manager it will not show my media card or whats on it. It is driving me nuts. Can anyone help, PLEASE.
Are you working/looking on your BB Desktop manager/media manage and Roxio software? If you are doing all the above, look at your options on your BB and make sure mass storage is turned on. Also if you have opened your BB and removed battery, the media card may not be locked in place. The media card area/latch is a poor design in my opinion. Hard to tell when you have a definitive 'lock'.
When the phone is not plugged in to the computer, it shows my pictures on in the camera but not device memory, I can see them. When I pull the card the pictures are no longer there. I had a friend put my ringtones on the card, it shows up on her compurter but not mine. CONFUSED....LOL
