    i can take a pic but it wont save,then when i go to veiw my pics it says unable to display file,example:img00108.jpg.rem,please help thx

    Don't have any picts on my berry that I've taken, but I'd guess that .rem extension is your problem. Don't know where it came from tho.

    Maybe try renaming the file by removing the .rem extension? Don't know how it got that 'doublek extension. Probably why you can't open the picture. Unknown file format to me.

    Someone with prior experience may have another idea.

    The .REM file extension means that you have the Encryption enabled. Disable the encryption.

    After you disable the encryption, try going to Media, press Menu, Explore. Find your picture file. If it still has an .REM extension, press Menu, Rename and remove the .REM extension.
