    Being involved as a wireless company employee now.

    I'd like to know some of your experiences as far as getting help with your blackberry.

    I'm more interested in what your complaint was and how you resolved it. This way it will help me help others..

    I'm not wanting people to bash other companies or the people who helped you, I just want the problems you had with yours or someone elses Blackberry and how you solved them.

    Well, I would like to say that there should be a specific group of people that work just with BlackBerry customers. I got a guy from at&t to help me with my BB problem, and I knew much more than he did. I figured I would know more than an average csr, but really, this man only knew what the database told him. I believe if there were more competent tech guys that knew BB's, I would feel better about calling up at&t and asking for help. I mean these people have to work for a living, but nothing gets solved if the computer doesn't know, you know?
