    My 8310 was in the process of an update, but it disconnected midway... the hourglass was constantly on and the phone does not start. I connected it back to the laptop and bb desktop manager is updating the device but the progress line isnt moving and the bb screen is still showing the rotating hourglass. what should i do?

    Ok, so lets try to revive this baby for you!

    1)Download BBSAk and install it onto your PC
    2)Use the WIPE OS Feature
    3)USe the Load OS Feature and DO NOT UNPLUG until finished loading
    4)Use Desktop Manager to reload your backup if you made one before the initial install
