    I have the curve 8330 with verizon, and suddenly whenever i get a bbm there is no icon on the top of the screen telling me i hve one. I tried restarting my phone and it still doesnt work. Does anyone know what to do?! thanks!

    Did you just restart or did you try pulling the battery for 30 seconds and reinstalling?

    But did you have the power on when you took the battery out? Or did you turn the phone off before pulling the battery for 30 seconds.

    There is a difference. You need to pull the battery when the power is on, not off.
