New to the forum, but I've been a bberry user since June. Basically, my keyboard doesn't work. I'll type regularly and the space bar wont make a space, or conversely spaces will spontaneously insert themselves. Also, I have to push letters and the alt key like ten times before they appear. My phone is acting like its possessed because its either not typing what I type or its adding crazy amounts of spaces. Is this something Verizon can/will fix? I should probably mention that the water damage sticker is reddish.... so should I go to verizon? will they be able to do anything? should i buy a new battery? is there another way they can tell if theres water damage? Sorry for such a long post, but I would really appreciate any help, I'm pretty clueless!!!!
Liquid damage. Not covered by your warranty, VZW will not fix it. If you have insurance, call Asurion, if not, buy a new berry on ebay or somewhere like that.
