    i have a missed call icon that is stuck on my screen and i can not seem to get it to get off if any of you could help he it would be very appreciated

    With your BB on pull the battery. When you put the battery back in the icon should be gone

    Try switching your theme to another one then back to the one you usually use pull the battery and it might be gone worked for me a few times.

    try deleting all your recent calls and messages then battery pull and if all else fails then do a backup and reinstall the os
