I dowloaded several ringtones to my email on BB from crackberry.com and it comes through with the url but I can't click on the url to get it opened in my media player to save it? What am I doing wrong?
Forget about downloading ringtones, just put some music on your memory card and assign different songs to whatever you want. No need for ringtones. You can assign any song you want to any alert you want. I am on sprint if that makes any different. Good luck.

When you look through your address book( before you select anyone ) select options and "ad CUSTOM ringtone". Browse through your music library and give everyone there own music ringtone.

You said you cannot click the link.
That means something is up with your email service.
resend your service books to your phone and then the url will be a link you can click on to download the music.
