I just got a BB Curve 8330 for Christmas. Its OS is v4.3.0.127 and Sprint is the carrier. Yes, I'm a newbie.
I've had no problems using the Desktop manager to add music files to my BB, but every time I try to upload videos, although my computer can tell they're there, when I try to find them on my BB, it's like they're not even there, even though they're taking up memory.
I've tried converting to mp4, which is what the media manager does any way, and also to 3gp. Still no luck.
