are you on OS .138? if you are, apparently we dont have a call timer
. if not, do a battery pull, phone on, yank the battery out and replace in thirty seconds.

i have one of them there internal timers.. it tells me when to eat too

and you can get .131 from
Sprint - Software Downloads - Select your device type
and make sure you follow the directions to delete the vendor.xml file before downgrading
