Suddenly my computer won't recognize my BB anymore. I have tried reverting to older versions of BBDM (4.5, 4.6) but that didn't help.
When I plug the USB in, it seems to momentarily see BB and screen lights up and the lightning bolt shows up on the battery meter. Moments later the lightning bolt disappears and DM never recognizes my phone is plugged in.
I have tried every USB port (I have 8) and nothing is working!

I went thru this also. Called Sprint Cust.service, they send me a new phone under warranty.
