my laptop (vista) does not recognize my blackberry when I connect it via USB. it says it cannot recognize the device. I have tried un-installing/re-installing the drivers, desktop manager, and i get nothing. When i boos my laptop, without the blackberry connected, it asks me to install a Bluetooth pherripial device (twice), but when i plug in my bb, windows cannot recognize it....
i used to be able to connect my bb, with no problems both USB and bluetooth, and now only bluetooth works.... i did not make any changes....
if anyone can provide some insight, it would be much apreciated!!
