Hi. This

This morning my phone started making loud clicking or ticking noises every time I made or received a phone call. The ticking is very regular, more than once per second. It completely interrupts the sound transmission, leaving me only tiny blips of the sound from the other end.

When I use the phone with the headphones the sound is perfect, so I assume it's a problem with the speakers. However, when I play music off my media card, it plays seamlessly, so I really don't know if it is the speaker or not.

Up till this morning I had been using 4.5.0.52 and had no real problems. THen this starts all of a sudden. Between the last phone calls I made last night and the problem I did not drop the phone or anything. So thinking it might be an O/S glitch, I downgraded to the 4.2 that T-Mobile has on their site. Now that I'm back to 4.2 the ticking is still there.

Any suggestions or insights?

Oh, the phone is only about 6 or 7 weeks old.
