    Whenever someone calls me, my phone does not ring, it goes straight to the missed calls section. I never know when anyone calls until I look at the missed calls. My profile is on normal, the ringer is not off.. i checked my settings.. and the people who call say my phone doesn't ring when they call, it just has a busy tone. can anyone help?

    Check to make sure your phone is not set to Do Not Disturb.

    If it isn't you will want to call your carrier

    I went through so many things, and did not think of the do not disturb option.. that was it, it's working again.. thanks so much!!
