I'm a new blackberry user and my browser won't let me go to any websites. There is no "Go To" link when I click the applications tab. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

try a battery pull, if that doesn't work, then try to resend your service books, check to make sure that you have the data set up with vzw also--- let me know if the battery pull or service books doesn't work, then we can examine the topic a little more. thanks

I had this happen before and I had to resend service books...maybe that will do it if batt pull doesn't.
