Just got a Lexus IS350 and it's not pairing with T-Mobile's Blackberry Curve but will pair with AT&T's Blackberry Curve? Is there any way to make this work? RIM, T-Mobile and Lexus have offered no help.

If you get a AT&T curve get it unlocked it should then pair and work with the Lexus BT.

Try deleting your old phone out of the car system. Is your new phone unlocked? Some systems may not pick up unlocked phones

Why isn't your salesman at Lexus taking care of this for you? I sell BMWs and always pair my customers' phones at the time of sale. I also seem to get asked to take care of this frequently when customers return to see me with new phones.

It seems you are letting your sales person off the hook too easily. My customers never pair their own phones.
