I have had the Blackberry 8330 curve for over a year and never had this problem any help is much appreciated.

My home screen just has the hour glass loading continually all day long. My email is not coming through but text and phone calls are.

Anybody know why the hourglass will not go away. The arrows on the right corner keep sending and receiveng but nothing is happening.

Any help is appreciated.

The hour glass means a high piroity task is being serviced and you must wait until it has finished.

If it does not finish, it means your internal software is not working right and should be replaced.

That is a simple process with either a Windows or Mac computer.

yes thats def. a software issue...or possibly a sd card could be the culprit.
