Ok I let me husband upgrade my os. I would like to edit my bb emails and such but I can't log on. I have tried putting in my bb email address, my regular email address and requesting my password to no avail. I tried setting up a new account but my pin is in use lol. I don't have any problems getting my email. So how can I get on the bb email site with out knowing my user name and password?

okay if your talking about editing your BIS service emails, I would start by calling Telus and get them to reset the password for you.

Have you tried resending your service books? Just a thought, that was what stopped me from being able to do anything with my email after upgrading.
