why can't i view most attachments on my blackberry that come in off my pop3/imap accounts? it tells me there was an attachment, but i can't even click on it.

Do you have te attachment sevices installed on your device?

Check options, advanced options, applications for the this. If it is not there, you will need to install from your application loader. You also must have the OS installed on your computer.

yes - it's installed.

I had a similar problem... I could view most attachments, but not JPGs. Try resending your service books - that fixed it for me.
