Hi all! Forgive me in advance...searched the forums, couldn't find an answer.
Doing an O.S. update (which I've done before hassle-free) and the Application Loader with the 12-step stuff has kinda stalled out at step #2 - "back up device data." The program itself hasn't stalled or froze, it just seems to be stuck at backing up device data (been waiting about an hour)
I'm too scared to disconnect my device for fear of nuking it, but the "cancel" button on the app loader is grayed out...???
Any ideas? Am I safe at this point to disconnect since i've only completed the first step of "Connect to Device"?
