I am not sue what I have done. ALL of the application icons and folders from my home screen are gone. The menu button doesn't do anything. The track ball does not do anthing. The only thing on the main screen is the time, date, battery, new mail envelope, signal, and volume. I have pulled the battery and it had no effect. I do not know what to do. HELP!

First thing first. Are you running a 4.5 Beta?

I can no longer get to "options". I have only had it for a few weeks. I think i just have the software that came on it when i bought it.

I had just downloaded a wallpaper. i was trying to move some of the icons around and into folders. I had also changed themes a minute before.

and exchange it. Sorry, I did forget you can't access anything

I hate to return it. I can still make and receive calls. It seems like i have somehow hidden EVERYTHING.

You get that with themes.

Somewhere, hopefully, there is a link to Options.

Options / Theme and restore the default Dimensions Zen.

It that works, we can clean up from there.

If you can make a phone call then try this.
Press the call button, then the menu button, select
options, then general options, scroll to "dial from homescreen"
and set to no. save and exit. Now on your homescreen press
"O"

but here are my thoughts. Have your tried the menu button (to the left of the trackball)? There should be an option to "show all!" Try that!

THANK YOU!!!!!!! Amazinglygraceless, you are the best. It worked! after i got to options, i reset the theme and everything was back. I spent an hour onthe phonewith th sprint-blackberry tech with no success. THANKS!
