Accuweather is getting "pushed" as a browser channel to my Curve 8330 - I don't want it and it's annoying - is there a way to stop this "spam"

Did you sign up for browser push? If so, go to wherever you signed up and unsubscribe.

If not, it's probably being sent by your service books and about the only thing you can do is hide the icon. Even if you can delete the app, it will come back the next time your service books are pushed.
