    Every time I restart my phone, when I go into BBM, it tells me I need to update my contacts about my new device?

    Problem is I've had the same phone since the end of June. Is there any way to solve this?
    Is it possibly a glitch in the OS?
    I'm on 4.5.0.93 on an 8320 and I've never had this problem before.

    I don't remember exactly I remember doing a search and a few threads came up under that topic. I used to hv the same problem w bbm and that was the solution to it. Sorry I'm not much help.
