    My friend's blackberry 8330 (Sprint) will not let her make calls, receive calls or sent a normal sms text. When her husband tries to call her phone it goes straight to voicemail and if she attempts to call out it says it can not connect. His phone works perfectly fine.
    However her phone will let her connect to facebook and use the blackberry messenger. She has tried a battery pull a couple of times with no results.
    Can anyone help?

    is the radio off? have her click the 'manage connections' icon and make sure the mobile network connection is active.
