hello my dad was having a uma issue, it would not send any of the data nor the voice over the router but i would stay connected. I want to upgrade he OS and i asked him what his phone was he told me it was the 8330 and it was NOT. I wiped it with JL_cmdr and I cant connect with it now that wen i remembered the the model 8320. well thats where i'm t i have looked all over the net and came back empty handed.

where I am now is i got a phone with no OS and my app loader in DM dose not see the BB and there is no prompt to load new OS. please help i'm getting the 3rd degree here.

BTW i have installed the right OS now in the PC (8320EastAsia_PBr4.5.0_rel81_PL2.7.0.68_A4.5.0.55_ Indosat.exe)

and maybe a secondary way to load the OS.

Thank you for taking the time.

That is the wrong OS. That is for a completely different curve than the 8320. You want
8320E_PBr4_1_.5.0_rel92_PL2.7.0.72_A4.5.0.69.exe. You have the OS for the 8330 installed on your PC. Unistall that, google the one I just named, install, and you should be good to go .

Wait. It takes about a half hour to load the device after installing the OS.

For me It depends. .69 took me at the most 40 minutes, and I think my shortest time was a half hour. It really depends on the person and the device, I guess.
